Our Mission

Warriors Haven Development Group is a veteran-led real estate initiative focused on developing supportive housing for service-disabled veterans, incorporating ADA-accessible and universal design units. Through public-private partnerships, HUD-VASH alignment, and nonprofit collaboration, we create stable and dignified housing that promotes long-term independence.

Founder & CEO

Daniel Towns is a military veteran and 100% service-disabled leader with more than 20 years of experience in operations and logistics management. He founded Warriors Haven Development Group to address the need for stable, accessible housing for service-disabled veterans and is currently advancing a Raleigh-Durham pilot community in partnership with nonprofit and affordable housing stakeholders.

Raleigh-Durham Pilot Community

Our initial development will provide supportive housing for service-disabled veterans, including ADA-accessible units and universal design features. The community will align with HUD-VASH and include on-site supportive services to promote long-term housing stability and independent living.

Partnerships

Warriors Haven Development Group is seeking nonprofit service providers, affordable housing co-developers, and community stakeholders to support the development of our Raleigh-Durham pilot community for service-disabled veterans.
